'Myth-busting' pregnancy advice given by NHS
  Pregnant women do not need to "eat for two", drink full 
  fat milk or even alter how much food they eat for the 
  first six months, NHS experts say. In the last three 
  months they only need an extra 200 calories a day.

Blood pressure harm from smoke 'may explain cot death'
  Smoke exposure during pregnancy damages a baby's 
  blood pressure control, which may explain why such 
  babies' risk of cot death is higher, say experts. 
  Maternal smoking remains one of the biggest risk 
  factors for cot death.

Baby tests hope for slow learners 
  Monitoring the development of babies could help identify 
  those who will need help with learning in their pre-school 
  years, research says. The study looked at, amongst other 
  things, when babies began to crawl or grip objects.
