Some charge a fixed fee while others charge a percentage
   of the corresponding adult fare.

Brain is wired to respond to baby's cry
Few sounds are so carrying, demand such urgent attention,
or are more likely to ruin your plane journey. But if you
feel guilty about finding a baby's cry annoying, don't:
it's not your moral failing, researchers have said, it's
just the way your brain is wired.
Moderate drink during pregnancy can lower baby's IQ
Drinking as little as half a pint of beer per week
during pregnancy can cut a baby's intelligence by
several IQ points. This may be enough to make a
difference to the child's prospects, suggest
researchers who have finally teased out the true
relationship between moderate drinking in pregnancy
and its affect on an unborn child.

Biggest baby boom since 1971

to 20,000 more are expected to be born this year than
last, putting enormous strain on NHS maternity services,
the Royal College of Midwives is warning. There will be
more than 700,000 births in England this year - the first
time that level has been reached since 1971.
Double beds in maternity wards?
Double beds could be installed in NHS hospitals to
encourage fathers to be more involved in childbirth.

Cut premature births, save billions
Five relatively straightforward measures could reduce
the number of premature births in richer nations,
improving health and saving a fortune.
